What happens to your project, and what we measure

Your materials

What you submit — the synopsis, the script, the poster and stills, the biography, your email — is stored on our servers so the report can be produced and reopened later. To produce the report, those materials are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the language model we use, and processed there under their terms. They are not used to train models. Your project is not shown to anyone else, not shared with buyers, festivals or third parties, and not used as an example anywhere without asking you first.

Your report

It lives at an unguessable address and is excluded from search engines. Anyone holding that link can open it, so treat it as private. Ask us and we will delete both the report and the submission behind it.

Measurement

With your consent, two analytics tools run here: Microsoft Clarity and PostHog, hosted in the EU. They record which pages were opened, what was clicked, how far the page was scrolled, the browser and device, the approximate country, and where the visit came from. Session recording is switched off on the submission forms and on the report page. The contents of the form and of the report are masked and never leave the page as content.

Cookies

No analytics cookies are stored on your device until you accept. If you choose "Essential only", none are set and no events are sent.

Separately from analytics, and regardless of that choice, your browser keeps a list of links to reports you have opened, so you can find them again without an account. That list stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it — and with it your way back to those reports, so keep the link if the report matters to you.

Payment

Payments run through PayPal. Card details never reach this site — we only receive confirmation that an order was paid.

Reviews

A review is published only if you tick the box that allows it, and only after we read it. Your signature is whatever you chose; your email is never published. Change your mind at any time and we will take it down.

How long we keep things

Submissions and reports are kept while the service is running, and deleted on request. Analytics data is kept for about 30 days in Clarity and up to a year in PostHog.

Your choices

Withdraw consent at any time with the button below. Ask what is held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion, by writing to infomagwill@gmail.com.
